The Cocktail Architect was hired for a birthday brunch at the Baccarat Resort in Santa Monica. The backdrop of the speciality bar was dressed with various pickling jars. Each cocktail was served with a unique garnish from spicy shrimps, bacon to a bunch of mixed herbs.
The Cocktail Architect teamed up with MiN New York for a series of mixology events called Journey of the Senses. This unique event allowed guests to experience custom crafted cocktails with niche notes such as black pepper, tobacco, patchouli, amber, and cardamom.
