His signature drinks were an instant hit, becoming the best selling cocktails on the menu. Yusef consults for hospitality brands including Chefsclub, Landry ‘s and hotel Escenia. He also delivers spirits education as Brand Ambassador for Elit by Stoli and Tres Papalote Mezcal . He is often referred to as the Rockstar Mixologist by Colin Cowie and has fuelled his parties and guests for every type of event all over the world, from London to Gstadd, from Florence to South Africa.
Nandini arrived in New York City in 2008 from her hometown of London bringing her hospitality, entertaining and culinary skills to America. With 20 years’ experience working in the luxury lifestyle industry, she has shaped some of the world’s most iconic hotels from The Metropolitan Hotel, Park Lane, Morgans Hotel Group ( SBE group), to Soho Grand. Nandini is a visionary artist, and a self-confessed chili pepper junkie aka as @pimentjunkie. A food entrepreneur, Nandini hosts pop up dinners to introduce discerning foodies to Mauritian cuisine and is building a community of like-minded people that share her zeal for unforgettable food & drink experiences.”
